In February of 2022, Selkirk Labs introduced this Macro ProSpin concept pickleball paddle — the first-ever Selkirk LABS Project hence the “Project 001” designation.
Joining us in the quest for pickleball perfection, Selkirk LABS Members had the opportunity to purchase and beta test the innovative Macro ProSpin concept paddle and participate in our Selkirk research and development process.
In July of 2022, Selkirk Labs announced they would be thanking early participants of the Labs program for their participation by providing a free Project 001 with an updated texture to all members who had fully participated in the Labs program and provided R&D feedback prior to July 31, 2022.
The Project 001 was not adopted into the Selkirk main product line after an extensive R&D process. We are thankful for those who participated in this Project with us and for the input, they provided throughout the process. The Selkirk LABS Project 001 was retired in April of 2023.
Continuing Selkirk’s promise of uncompromising quality, even Selkirk Labs Project concept paddles, which are designed for research & development purposes, come with a 2-year warranty against manufacturer defects. The warranty is not transferable after registration and only applies to the original owner.
What’s Covered and What’s NotManufacturing defects in materials are covered for 2 years from the original purchase date of the paddle. The warranty covers handle breaks, loose or cracked edgeguards, face cracks, and loose or damaged end caps. The warranty does not cover normal wear and tear, graphic wear or fading, rattling that does not affect performance, damage caused by abuse or neglect, or damage resulting from impacts with the ground.
MiscellaneousThis warranty is available for Selkirk Labs pickleball paddles in the United States. Selkirk Labs holds the sole discretion to determine whether a damaged paddle is covered under our 2-year warranty. Selkirk Labs has the sole discretion to determine whether to replace or repair a paddle covered under our 2-year warranty. Replacement paddles are not covered under our 2-year warranty.

How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are processed within 1-2 business days. Standard shipping via FedEx Ground takes approximately 5-7 days for delivery. For expedited shipping, there's a 1-2 business day processing time before it ships. Orders placed over the weekend will ship the following Tuesday. Note that processing and shipping times may vary during product launches, high-volume periods, and holidays and are not guaranteed.
What are my options for expedited shipping?
To optimize the customer experience according to individual needs, we offer expedited shipping through various carriers, selectable at checkout. Estimated shipping times, provided by carriers, are not guaranteed, and consequently, we cannot refund shipping charges if orders do not arrive within the estimated timeframe.
It's important to note that expedited shipping does not bypass the standard processing time required to ship an order. Please be aware that FedEx Express services, such as FedEx 2-day and FedEx Overnight, do not deliver on weekends or holidays.
US Return Policy
Unused items with original tags can be returned or exchanged within 30 days of being received. We will refund the original payment method. Returns showing wear or lacking tags will not be accepted and will be sent back to the customer. Please unbox products carefully to avoid damage.
International Return Policy
All items with original tags that have not been used, or altered can be returned for a full refund to the original method of payment or exchanged within 30 days of receiving your order. International customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping. Please note that refunds are issued in the currency the order was originally placed in, regardless of fluctuations in exchange rate.
